Royal History of France

Royal Standard of the (former) Kingdom of France

Although now France is a Republic, the country has a large Royal History.
It is a lack on this blog, that I've never made a page about that brilliant topic.

I started to learn the French Royal History from the Castles of the Loire
So, I start this page with King Francis I who gave the order to build
Castle Chambord.

France also known for its style in particular with Furniture.

I'll try to make an overview between the different 'style' periods of France.
